“ I had a wonderful time here with my boyfriend. We went to destress over a lovely meal and I thoroughly enjoyed mine. $20 for a smashed avo is generally a great price these days. While I did only have one slice, the toppings did a good job of satiating me perfectly. The balsamic on the plate was just the perfect amount, and came with some poached egg, grilled tomato and fresh avocado on sourdough. I opted for some bacon and caramelised onion which did cost extra but was worth it. They complimented it perfectly. I also had a chai milkshake which I went into not expecting it to be anything too special (chai has been a hit or miss at most places I've been) but it was so flavourful and delicious, it really had a great consistency and a decent size as well. My boyfriend had the chicken schnitzel and chips, opting for no salad and some gravy. While I will admit the gravy was rather small (I'd opt for 2 in future), it had a good flavour, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the chips had a lovely crunch to them that I haven't experienced elsewhere in quite some time. Our server was a lovely young waitress, Amelia, and I want to compliment on her service. We were greeted immediately upon entering, provided a booth with menus and she gave us the perfect amount of time to decide. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely return in future! ”

“ I've been here several times with the family. And the first time with our furry babies, and they were totally excited. The food here is awesome, and the services are fantastic. They also went out of their way, bringing out some cold water for the furry babies. At first, when you receive the menu, you may think, is that it. But actually, it's a very simple layout menu with fantastic choices of food on offer. It's definitely a great spot for brunch. We enjoyed the Cafe, hopefully you do too. ”

“ The first time we visited here was in April when we were in the country for a short visit. We were so impressed with their big breakfast, served on a tiered platter. When we came back a few months later, we stopped in again and everything was just as good as we remembered. We have eaten and gotten coffee a few times since. It’s one of our favorite places in downtown Penrith. The people are friendly, the food is delicious, and the coffee is great! We always make sure our visitors from the US get to try it when they’re here. ”
